Truths about “SERVICE” In The Year 2014

“Non-Service“ is a growing trend everywhere !!
We at Witch Way Cab after being in the Service industry for many years personally believe that today there is such a lack of “Good Service” and Unfortunately you’re finding it everywhere today: At grocery stores, gas stations, Retail Stores, banks, Fast food restaurants Ect. ….Even…..dare I say Hotels & Motels and Transportation Companies.
People with the exception of a few (Like ourselves) are not as friendly and as trusting as they once were. To start with when we arrive or first meet we will always try to open the doors of our vehicle for you and make you feel ”Special” - almost like you are riding in your own personal yellow limo.
We as Cab Drivers personally get a lot of “Oh, You Speak English, You‘re The First Cab Driver we‘ve had that Does !! ” or “ You Know Where Your Going ? I Can‘t Believe it !! ” - Although we humbly admit to not knowing everywhere and everything, We believe that an informed driver is a GREAT driver We have a support structure to avoid the common mistakes other cab drivers do such as knowing EXACTLY where you are going and How to get there. We also try to track wether Conditions & Park Times to help make it easier plan your daily transportation and activities, In certain Traffic conditions (Such as Traffic on I-4) We will always explain your options when it seems an issue comes up and it will take much longer to go a “normal route” and then we let you choose what you would like to do in the situation.
We set up Scheduled round trips in which you pay for the initial pickup and safe return Home. We give you a receipt which states your pickup time and amount paid, Therefore if your original driver is caught up in another run we can send another driver to get you without you EVER having to pay twice. We try not schedule two pickups too close so neither party has to wait long.
Sometimes we may ask your permission to pick up a second party on the way to or from your destination and you have the opportunity to make that decision. Please remember they though they will have to wait till we drop you off and then return for them and the next time it may be you waiting.
When it’s Peak season you must understand that we have no control over our daily circumstances (Ie: Traffic, Multiple Incoming Customer calls at the same time, Weather) and we may have to take a little longer to get to you. If we have your Phone Number We will be happy to tell you EXACTLY what our situation is and try to communicate approximately how long it will take to get to you while you are waiting for us to arrive.
We always ask " What time is your flight" and "Who you are Flying with" so we can give you an estimated time for Pickup to go to the airport.
We alway suggest you GET TO THE AIRPORT 2 HOURS BEFORE Your Flight !!
